Louis Vuitton Toiletry 26 Pouch. 
In Monogram coated canvas, gold hardware and cowhide leather trim.
This is a pre owned pouch in excellent condition. the only thing i can find is some cressing on the lining inside otherwise  is perfect. 
The pouch has a zipped top closure and is lined with canvas so is wipeable.

Does not have a dust cover.
