Royal Mail Special Delivery

We use Royal Mail's Special Delivery Service, which is a next day insured service that covers the entire UK, however remote areas may not receive their item next day, see the Royal Mail website for more on their Special Delivery service.

 

The Service is tracked and signed for and items can be usually be tracked after 5pm with the tracking number provided on your order dispatched email.

Dispatch time

We aim to post all orders placed before 3pm on the same day, providing it's a day we're open and not a public holiday when the order is placed. Orders placed during the shop's closed hours will be posted when the shop is next open. Holiday periods when the shop is closed may still have online orders fulfilled, please contact us before ordering during this time.

If you're ordering for a certain date, e.g. Birthdays or Christmas, please order as soon as possible to allow for shipping.
